With MTBCR and MTBUR both exceeding 10,000 hours, and excellent availability of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), it’s a benchmark in long-term performance.
Surprisingly, the Turbine Nozzle Guide Vane (NGV) shown—despite trailing edge finding (Missing material at trailing edge still 1,2mm behind cooling slots conection radial line)—is still within serviceable limits.
Also pictured: the guide tube TB3043G002 (TEM#), a tool some operators supply, but often not. When unavailable, especially for less experienced inspectors, we use our own in-house tool.
