Our qualified team supports European Part-145 maintenance organisations, including FR.145.0818 and EE.145.0102, providing EASA Form 1 certification capabilities within approved organisational scopes.

• Aircraft Base Maintenance: Part 66 EASA Licensed technicians, supervisors and team leaders on short or long-term demand .

• Engine Borescope Inspections (BSI): CFM56-ALL , V2500A1/A5, PW1100G-JM, PW1300G and PW4000 engine families, with Level 1, Level 2 and ATA Level 4 capabilities.

• NDT Inspections: Ultrasonic and liquid penetrant testing I.A.W EN4179 coverage.

• Aircraft Redelivery & End-of-Lease Checks assistance : specialized quality control/technical role focused on the hands-on, physical evaluation of aircraft airframes, systems, and components during deep-level, heavy hangar checks (C or D)

• Worldwide AOG & Maintenance Support: MPD, AD and SB task assistance 24/7/365.

• Technical Training: Train-the-Trainer certificate for technical instructors Part 66 and EU 1321/2014.

Aircraft expertise: Airbus A320F, A330F , A350; Boeing 737 Classic/MAX , B777 ,B787; Gulfstream G550; Kamov Ka-32.

TOOLING:We operate own four dedicated borescope and inspection equipment kits, alongside specialised Airbus, Boeing and Gulfstream tooling. Our equipment is maintained under a calibration programme aligned with applicable regulatory requirements (EASA UG.CAO.00132-003).
